A short distance from Havelock along the Queen Charlotte Scenic Drive to Picton, is a spectacular view that overlooks Pelorus Sound and the town of Havelock.
Less than a 15 minute walk to the summit.
A quick little drop off the road with a lovely view over the sounds! If you’re short on time the look out at the car park is honestly the better view and no need to spend 15+ mins climbing up
Nice but a little bit boring viewpoint. We've done the lookout and the coastal walk. The walk was very muddy and you don't really see anything but it is a nice bush walk when it's dry.
The road is narrow but the view is beautiful
Totally worth the 6min drive out of Havelock to this lookout. About 10 steps from the carpark, you already get a magnificent view, can stop and have lunch there, with a view of Havelock township. …
This is a nice viewpoint over the ria, it's only a short walk from the car park so worth a little detour if passing through the area.
Breathtaking views, sunrise was spectacular. Only a few parks which can easily fill up, there are stops further up the road if you aren't lucky enough to get one

If you’re driving along the coast to Nelson then it’s worth a stop. Nothing fabulous, but it’s a good place to stretch your legs. It’s a short walk to the top.
